
Petition Processing (Articles 15, 32, 61 and 83 of the Constitutional Court Procedure Act and Article 30 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court)
- The Chamber may dismiss a petition by a unanimous ruling on the grounds of Article 15, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Constitutional Court Procedure Act.
- A petition for which the Chamber fails to reach such a unanimous ruling is to be referred to the Constitutional Court for deciding its admissibility.
- If three or more Justices, with in 15 days after the Chamber's unanimous dismissal ruling on a petition. consider that the petition is admissible.
